When you are planning significant works to a historic or period property, AHKO acts as your personal representative throughout the entire process — from the first conversation about what you want to achieve, through professional appointments, design and works, to final completion.

WHAT IT IS NOT
Not the contractor. Not the manager. Yours
AHKO is not the main contractor, construction manager, principal designer or principal contractor, and does not take on duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Site control, health and safety responsibilities, specialist design and regulated works remain with the appointed professionals.
A project manager runs a process. AHKO represents you.

HOW TO ENGAGE
Every engagement begins with a conversation
AHKO takes on a limited number of client representation commissions each year. Each one is reviewed personally by Adam Harasimowicz. If the project is the right fit, you will receive a clear written proposal outlining the scope of representation, the programme and the terms of engagement. Full terms, including your statutory right to cancel, are provided in writing before any work begins.
