Historic buildings are rarely what they first appear. Beneath the architectural character lies a history that only an experienced eye can read.
The Property Health Check is a specialist visual assessment of a historic or period property, carried out in person by Adam Harasimowicz. It tells you what the building truly is — its original fabric, its condition, the works it requires, and what those works are likely to cost.
