Property Health Check
Historic buildings are rarely what they first appear. Beneath the architectural character lies a history that only an experienced eye can read.
The Property Health Check is a specialist visual assessment of a historic or period property, carried out in person by Adam Harasimowicz. It sets out what the building truly is — its original fabric, its condition, the works it is likely to require, and broad guidance on what those works may cost.
When to commission one:
• Before purchase — understand what you are really committing to before you sign.
• Before sale — understand the issues a buyer’s surveyor may raise before they become negotiation points.
